A video of customers being given soft drinks by bank staff while in the banking hall has gone viral, sparking reactions from netizens. The clip, taken in what appears to be Fidelity bank, shows its staff distributing liquid refreshments to waiting customers, in an attempt to mollify them amidst the cash scarcity and strain of long queues in commercial banks across the country. This is coming during a time when Nigerian financial institutions are being called out for their poor customer service, following the new CBN policy.
