What kind of excuse is this? The German and UK companies are not ready to supply you papers and you are shouting January 31st deadline. Do you mean you really planned to fail? Must we suffer because we are Nigerians? You know the banks IT infrastructure cannot withstand the pressure of the abrupt upsurge of bank transfer traffic and you are insisting on an impossible deadline.
