@the bolded.. then it calls to question the competence of those in CBN.. my observation is even without the said hijack, they seem to have printed far less than requirements..

We can't throw away the baby with the bathing water, Emefiele will definitely answer for his weak competence in due time, for now let's sanitise the system and usher in a new Nigeria.

I wonder why the confusion is set when we understand the constitution of the country, we wouldn't be confused...

The supreme court judgement suppers the CBN policy....

Nigerians can use the both currencies, pending when CBN clears with the supreme court....

The only power that will supercede the supreme order will be the president's executive order for CBN to continue with the deadline...But as it stands today, there is no order from the chief executive officer of the federal republic of Nigeria....

Therefore, the supreme court ruling stands!

The confusion shows that we know little about the constitution that is guiding the entire country .....

People are not that ignorant. Immediately after the judgement, one idiot from CBN issued a statement saying they won't comply.
Buhari didn't say anything in support of the judgement even after FEC meeting.
Emefiele ranted yesterday and today, he refused to acknowledge the court injunction.
These people's lack of regard to the rule of law is the reason for the panic and confusion, people need assurance from them but they intentionally withhold it
