Honestly I believe it was a missed opportunity. Two of them would have changed the Political landscape of Nigeria. With the weight of experience of Mr PHD and the foresight of Mr Peter Obi, Nigeria would have benefited. Ego on the part of Mr PHD spoilt the arrangement. Lession from Joe Biden/Obama presidency to Politicians. Today Mr Biden is the ultimate beneficiary.

everytime you keep mentioning structure structure but that structureless party is giving you urchins sleepless night. When you talk about structure, the party with the best and strongest structure right now is LP. When you build structure in people and the youth then you know you have the structure.
Obidatti structure is the main force now and it's a structure with people who were not bought with money but people who love their presidential candidate and who wants a new Nigeria. These people can not be bought with money, they are fighting for a better Nigeria where their children and future generation will be proud of. This is the structure and the rock which LP is made of, unshakeable,fearless and undeterred.

That ship sailed and life continues. I don't know if they have advisers on the immediate future. If kwankwaso merged with PO it would have been very big for PDAPC currently.

Nigeria is divided into 6 geopolitical zones and 3 zones have been left out of the presidency since this 1999 democracy. Atiku has a claim, Peter Obi has a claim, North Central also.

Obi stayed with Atiku when power was in the north. Now that power should come to the south, with south east being the last zone left out, What sort of weed would make Obi leave Atiku whose zone has a claim to become vice to Kwankwaso in NNPP?

Kwankwaso killed his political career and trust reasonable people of Nigeria had in him after he rejected Obi's offer to work with him to rescue Nigeria and thereafter turns his back to insult Obi.

Nobody will ever take him serious again, he's a highly tribalistic man, even Atiku is better and more considered good than him down here.

The alliance not working out was for good, I bet you. This is because either way, Kwankwaso's candidacy whether as individual or in alliance with BAT or Atiku will still be to Obi's advantage. If Kwankwaso had joined Obi, quite a number of his supporters and core followers who are following him because of biases of ethnicity and religion would have abandoned the joint ticket and jumped at the other available options of BAT and Atiku, spiking their numbers, but right now they aren't and it's to Obi's advantage. Even if he decides to form alliance with any of them today it is late already as the ballots have been printed with his party.
