The hiphop community was thrown into a sorrowful and mournful mood yesterday the 11th day of February as the passing on of one of Africa’s finest rappers was announced, Kiernan Jarryd Forbes (AKA) as a result of gun shot wounds he suffered after being shot at close range along with his close friend, the chef and entrepreneur Tebello 'Tibz' Motsoane. The pair are thought to have been on their way to a nightclub for a performance as part of Forbes' birthday celebrations when they were shot. He was aged 35 and he was a loving father to his daughter, Kairo Forbes. The hiphop community will miss him.
