On What Day Did God Create The Woman?

According to the Biblical account of creation, God ended all the work He had done during creation and rested on the seventh day.

Genesis 2:2-3 (KJV)

And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.
And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.

If God ended and rested from all the work He had done in the beginning during creation on the seventh day, and Eve was one the creatures God made during creation, it proves that God created Eve before the seventh day.

So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

Genesis 1:31 (KJV)

And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.

So, according the Biblical account of creation, God created the woman (Eve) on the sixth day.

It was after God created Eve on the sixth day that He beheld everything He had made and thought it was very good, before taking a rest from all the work He had done during creation.

Hence, God first created Man (Adam) which the Bible refered to as "him" on that particular occasion, before turning "him" (Adam) to "them", which is the male (Adam) and female (Eve) on the sixth day.

This creative process of God turning "him" (Adam), to "them" (Adam and Eve) on the sixth day, as summarised in Genesis 1, was broken down and provided with more details in Genesis 2.

And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

Genesis 2:21-22 (KJV)

And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;
And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.

That's how God turned "him" (Adam) to "them" (Adam and Eve) in Genesis 1:27.

Also according to the biblical account of creation, all these things took place within the time frame of six days of God's work of creation, before God rested on day 7 from all the work He had done during creation.

So if we choose to go by what the Bible says, Eve was created by God on the sixth day, before God rested on the seventh day. Genesis 1:27, 31, 2:2-3.

So as you can clearly see, the idea that Eve, the woman God made in the beginning, was made after God finished His work of creation and rested on the seventh day is unbiblical and not of God.

Except Eve was not part of God's creation in the beginning, and God continued to create things even after He had taken rest on th seventh day, from all the work He had done during creation in the beginning.

It's shocking though to see that this is even being argued by those who claim the Bible is the Word of God, because the position of the Bible is crystal clear on this.

But anything is possible when people allow themselves to be driven by personal sentiments and not the Truth of God's Word.

It's funny to still see some desperate attempts by some here not to accept the Biblically backed and proven fact that Eve, the woman was made on the same day as Adam, which is the sixth day. Some making it seems as though it about how many hours there was in a day. Others talking about manufacturing what not. The point is, the day not the hour! And did God rest from all the work He did during creation on the seventh day? If so, then it means Eve was created before God rested on the seventh day! No amount of concocted lies and man-made ideas could change that fact, except they are trying to say that the Bible wasn't accurate in the account it gave on Creation. God bless.

I don't think day was calculated as 24 hrs then.

A day could mean more than 24 hrs then.

Remember Adam didn't name all the animals on the next day after creation.

It was after the naming that God saw it was not proper for the man to be alone.

So it's either days were not calculated as 24hrs, or the story of Lilith from the book of Enoch might be true....
