The Catholic Bishops’ Conference of Nigeria (CBCN), on Sunday described the implementation of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) cash policy as a disaster. President of CBCN, Most Rev. Lucius Iwejuru Ugorji lamented that the policy which had caused a cash crunch, had added to the ordeal, anger and frustration of the masses.
