The Silent Guardian Of The Night by phoenix45(m): 8:25pm On Feb 12, 2023 |
The moon shines bright, stars twinkle above, The hospital halls fall into a peaceful love. While others sleep, she rises with care, A night nurse, with a heart full of compassion and rare. She moves quietly, with a gentle touch, Bringing comfort to patients who need her so much. She checks vitals, administers meds, With a calm voice, she soothes their heads. Her night shift may be long and tiring, But she works with a smile, never once protesting or whining. For she knows she's making a difference, each night, In the lives of those who need her light. She's the guardian of the night, a true angel in disguise, With a heart of gold and compassionate eyes. She brings peace to those in pain, And leaves a positive impact that remains. So here's to the night nurse, a hero in the dark, Who brings comfort and care, when the day has gone too far. We thank you for your hard work, and your selfless heart, You are a blessing, right from the start." |
