Thifnubu didn't create RRS.
RRS was created by Buba Marwa but it was called OPERATION SWEEP. Thifnubu only changed its name from operation flush to RRS and claimed to hv established it.

TINUBU IS A THIEF.

Nah Operation Sweep was not that effective as at 1999, and Tinubu had to retrain new security men and also reform their funding structure, then called it RRS.

6 years ago, Obi's economic plan was described as archaic.
