My understanding is that white cars are cheaper in the UK because they attract higher insurance premiums. This is because they are involved in more accidents; something to do with other drivers not seeing them due to sun glare.

I know this sounds far fetched but I can never tell when my hubby is teasing me or telling me the truth 

personally I think that some cars are just made to be in white eg the RRS
