Who are they to speak when the CBN has spoken? All these crisis that is happening shows that APC has failed and Nigerians must vote them out.. Ezeama400: If the CBN will not respect a higher authority - the Supreme Court- why should commercial banks respect the CBN. A civilised society is built and depends on making and complying with laws, rules and orders.
