I think you are approaching it wrongly by calling it Fungi.

I think it's an abnormal growth on your scalp of your own scalp tissues helped by so many factors:

1. You probably had an insect bite, or wound that while healing, your skin in that area started reacting differently to form a keloidal tissue.

2. Because it has been tampered with (wound and healing) the scalp tissue reformation is irregular (hair growing inwards, healing of dermis, epidermis irregular, your immunity fighting any bacteria present, etc)

3. You have a higher than normal amount of collagen in your blood and so your wounds heal faster than normal and so tissue piles up higher and faster layer by layer, essentially making you a keloid former.


What should you do?

Don't waste your money on anti fungi creams or Orthodox drugs,you'll scrape it small with your finger nails or blade ,you'll apply lime and I'll do herbal soap,gel to apply to it ,it'll dry off and won't regrow again
