If a party doesn't have agents on ground at a polling unit or units whose election result it is contesting, how then did it get the facts of the results that it's contesting, and how will it get its own result figures that it's saying are the correct election results in such polling units?

In summary, if a party doesn't have an agent at a policing unit, how then does it show incontrovertible proof of what happened or didn't happen there?
