Naira scarcity: Nigerians plagued by ‘COVID-23’ due to CBN – Ganduje. Governor Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano State has stated that the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) naira redesign policy has made life hellish and troubling for Nigerians. Speaking while distributing palliatives to residents to cushion the effect of the naira scarcity at the Government House on Monday, Ganduje said the apex bank is inflicting hardship on Nigerians.
