This scenario has happened to me in 2011. I never knew someone along the street I was stay had thesame surname and first name. I thought the person was trying to be funny.

Only for me to discover the person the day he came to the RCCG Parish I attended along thesame street.

We had thesame surname and first names but from different families and different states. He was from Oyo State and I was from Info.

What a coincidence it was.

Same thing happened with someone I know. He has a card but wanted a new one and didn't know all he needed to do was request for a new one. Albeit, he was not able to get a new card but getting to the poll today, I saw his name appeared twice. Bottom line is, the error is from INEC and either way, one can not vote more than once.
