The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar has secured the constitutional 25% requirement spread in 25 states of the federation and in poll position to win the presidential election. If Atiku meets 25% in 24states, does he also have maximum total cast and 25% in FCT? I have not seen if Tinubu result meets 25% in FCT, once it does; it means Tinubu meets all conditions and should be declared winner because he has won majority maximum votes so far due to northern effect |
