And Electoral Officers are careful of over voting

It’s everywhere. Most people don’t have money to eat. Not to talk of entering car or bike to go and vote. Except from SE which is a very small region. Most people in the North may need money to get to their voting center.

this is the real turn out. What we had previously was massively rigged figures....BVAS is doing great.

Unless INEC decides to manipulate the figures from their server

That is how it should be nationwide, any state with unusual high figure is at risk of the Osun state treatment.

People are more dispersed and have to travel long distances to vote. You can’t do that on empty stomach.
