This is the INEC sheet from OYIGBO.

Rivers state election was one of the worst. We voted massively for LP but animals in political position rigged it for APC.

The election should not just be canceled. Those involved in this wicked manipulations should go to jail.

It's an offense of high magnitude. It's not different from certificate forging.

Governor Wike and INEC officials are accomplices on this.
