Tinubu has not satisfied the constitutional requirement to be declared winner. He has the highest vote ✔️ 25% in 24 states ✔️ 25% in FCT ❌ the law is very clear one quarter of the votes cast in 2/3 of the states "and" FCT.... The and dere is disjunctive.. FCT is not a state so even if you have 25% in 29 states you still need FCT. The court will apply the literal rule of construction and order a rerun election. It may be between Atiku and Tinubu. |

According to section 299, FCT is treated as a state. Let him find his 25% elsewhere and he becomes your president. 1 Like |
