On the 2023 Presidential Election The Election Courts in Nigeria were open to hear election related cases since February 18, 2023 as required by Nigeria's constitution, specifically Section 285 of Nigeria's constitution. This was confirmed by PremiumTimes before the presidential election on Feb 25. Let's hear your own opinion, with the various stipulations of the constitution that support your opinion. |
