You are the one that is daft, money wey never your account is not your money.
As far as sanity and fact is concern ... East are stronghold of PDP until 2023 election happened, the polls only shows East/igbos are the most ethnocentric people in Nigeria at the moment. how people can sleep in one direction still remains a misery even hausas we call animal demonstrated federal character, thank God we dodge a bullet like OBi who knows maybe is minsiters & appointees would have being igbos from A to X,

On my real pages, everyone knows i supported Tinubu, majority voted against Tinubu and even Tinubu acknowledged many voted against him, BUT the majority vote was inconsequential cos PDP split, 3 party shared that majority vote against Tinubu. do the maths undecided

Oga you don't have sense walahi. Stop exhibiting foolishness with this nonsense epistle you are writing.

Section 64 (4) of the Electoral Act states that “a collation officer or returning officer at an election shall collate and announce the result of an election, subject to his or her verification and confirmation that the number of accredited voters stated on the collated result are correct and consistent with the number of accredited voters recorded and transmitted directly from polling units and that the votes stated on the collated result are correct and consistent with the votes or results recorded and transmitted directly from polling units”.

You are the one fumbling. Read the bolded.

" Transmitted " not transmitted electronically or digitally. Where the election results would be recorded is clearly stated, how party agents and members of police force/armed services would append their signature if satisfied is well defined, collation at ward, LGA,state level is well defined. That only digital accreditation is allowed by law is well stated in the law, in no place is electronic/digital collation of elections results to a server for the purpose of the election stated, INEC have a lot of liberty to set the standard, they fell short of the standards they promised buy even that is nothing thyel can be held up to in a court.

I don't see how anyone can expect a court of law to order the rerun of this elections or award over 2.7 million votes to any candidate.

He (Okowa) stated that Paragraph 38 of INEC Manual 2022 made pursuant to the provisions of the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 as amended and section 149 of of the Electoral Act 2022 provides that: “On completion of all the Polling Unit voting and results
procedures, the Presiding Officer shall:

(i) Electronically transmit or transfer the result of the Polling Unit, direct to the collation system as
prescribed by the Commission.

(ii) Use the BVAS to upload a scanned copy of the EC8A to the INEC Result Viewing Portal (IReV), as prescribed by the Commission.
(iii) Take the BVAS and the original copy of each of the forms in tamper evident envelope to the Registration Area/Ward Collation Officer, in the company of Security Agents.

So you allowed an illiterate like the senate president who doesn't understand the meaning of electronic transmission or who doesn't even know what he signed in the electoral law last year to deceive you guys on some thing you can simply google to get access to!
You're yet to show me the part that states that the PO must transmit the result to iRev. What you just prove is transmit by method approved by the commission. Unfortunately for you, iRev is not the only approved method of result transmission.

If you read the constitution properly you won't be saying this!
Firstly, transfer or transmission is a movement of materials or data or a source from one point to another!
If this fact is established, then the question which you are asking is where does the transmission of the result go to?
The inec chairman has made it clear that the destination of the transmitted results electronically from the PU unit goes to the Irev portal in 'real time'!
The method of transmission according to the inec chairman is through the electronic transfer or transmission of results!
This is in line with the provisions of the amended electoral constitution which explicitly states that results from the PU will be sent to the irev!
If such was neither transferred or transmitted to its destination as stipulated by the commission, then the inec institution has gone against their own laws!
Why I said you should not refer to the senate president is because he doesn't even know that transmission and transfer is one and the same....the person you are even listening to didn't even understand the bolls he was passing hence the sheer ignorance!
