I have been trying to enroll for bvn but every time it says I already have one but I don't remember enrolling for bvn. Please is there a way to get the bvn they say I have because everytime I ask them to give me the bvn that they claim I have. They say they can't access it

They always have customer bvn on their system. Just tell them to print it out for u
