This rigging went beyond INEC, the powers that be were fully in support otherwise INEC chairman and Tinubu couldn't have pulled this off.

The entire Naira redesign noise was just a diversionary tool.

There are also video evidences of this press release by INEC Chairman,
Prof Mammood, in circulation.
Electoral Act permits INEC to adopt a pattern of election before the election.
In Nov. 2022, Mammood, the INEC Chairman vowed before the press and the public that the 2023 election would be conducted by use of BVAS and results transmitted directly from polling units to INEC portal.
The public agreed, and with enthusiasm, registered to vote. Those who never had confidence in the old system of manual counting of votes rushed to register to vote this time.
But after the voting, Mammood's INEC adopted the old system of manual collation of votes.
That alone makes the election and its outcome, illegal.
