I sweat every time.
In the night, i feel excessive heat all over my body.

In the daytime, i sweat even in my soles, toes, feets, faces, armpit.
Its really embarrasing me.

So sorry. I think you should see a doctor , the treatmemt is not so widely known. I think it may be excess hormones.

Go for general test. Viral disease may be the cause.
