Wike made the right calculation aswear. Upon how Gov Wike was frequent in Edo state during Gov Obaseki reelection, one would have thought Wike is an Edo resident.

The same Obaseki still had the guts to betray Wike without feeling any remorse. Where was Atiku during Obaseki's reelection? In Dubai

Why should Gov Wike be in the same camp with those who betrayed him openly? If you were Wike, would you support Atiku with Tambuwal and Obaseki in the same camp?

In honesty I won't support Atiku if I was Wike, but what baffles me now is how Wike whom you love to hate has become your hero because he joined in robbing the people rivers State of their vote to favour your preferred candidate.
I don't care who wins this election as far as the processes were not bridged.

I laughed Dino Melaye when I watched him on the TV trying to stop the collationg process because he was mocking Olubebe in 2015 when he was trying to do the same.

Many of those who brought buhari onboard are reaping the wound now, this is the was of election in Nigeria and you know it, but tribalism, hatered and selfishness will not allow you to agree.

ppl don’t understand that life is not all about winning.Sometimes a man can be very happy in losing.Even if wike had lost the fight he would have been happier than supporting atiku. The betrayal was too much. It’s because of wike that some of us prayed that atiku should never win.We will not even add what Okowa did that one is about losing his state too so na double shock.

We knew INEC was going to rig the election by not uploading results directly from polling units but they denied it.

This letter is another evidence against them in court

Do you even understand what you read?

I explained to you clearly that INEC prescribed transmission of vote results from its BVAS directly and immediately after vote closes.
But after the public voted, INEC used manual system to collate the votes many hours after voting closed.
Inec even shot itself on the feet later by announcing that it used manual system to collate votes.
Don't you see INEC's late use of manual collation as a breach of public trust in INEC, therfore, the election as conducted by INEC is illegal?

Can you remind us the Section of the Constitution where it is written that election results should be transmitted electronically?

For your information, INEC talked about uploading / transfer / manual collation in its guidelines and not online real time.

Guidelines is purely Administrative procedure for convenience which can change to accommodate unforeseen circumstances.

Remember, Nigeria Constitution is the basis and anything done that is inconsistent with it becomes inconsistent to the level of its inconsistency.

I thought as much. This is a constitutional issue not a tribunal issue. More states should join too.
Although the issue of not securing 1/4 in Abuja would have made more sense in the supreme court, i didn't see it here.
That’s because it is not an issue.
You have to win 1/4 of 25 out of 36 states + Abuja is confusing but it simply means win 25% in 25 states of 37 states ( FCT is considered a state)

This is outside election petition. Parties do election petition through the tribunal.

State governments are going straight to Supreme Court, time is of the essence

Obi's petition would be dismissed so early. Considering the vote margin between Obi and Tinubu and the 25 % spread , the panel won't waste their time entertaining such petition

INEC ‘s electronic transmission is a privilege not a right .
All parties had representatives at PU level . They signed the result sheet and if I were a party agent would have either manually noted or taken a picture of what I signed.
I haven’t yet heard someone say what they signed was different from uploaded form or that signature was fake.

illegal my foot. Keep dreaming. So long as what has been done does not violate the electoral act, then it cannot be termed illegal. The electoral act backs INEC to use whatever means possible to transmit result so long as the act is not violated. Or are you tell me that if there are technical breaches that INEC cannot resolve in a reasonable time frame, elections should be postponed? Is that what you are saying? The electoral act envisaged this, that was why it gave INEC the powers to choose. No one, not even the shut down of all telecommunication services can stop INEC from not conducting elections. No one or issue can hold the country to ransom. We move.

Constitution?
Is there any part of the Constitution that stipulates that the method of collation of votes in an election should never be changed?
What does the new Electoral Act stand for? For garbage bin?

FYI, and for the umpteenth time, the new Electoral Act permits INEC to adopt a method suitable to conduct election. INEC chose the method of transfer of vote tallies from the BIVAS to INEC portal immediately after voting closes; invested billions of Naira on that, and trained Presiding Officers and poll clerks on use of BVAS to transmit vote results directly and immediately after vote closes, to INEC portal, not long after.
See INEC memo on that issued late last year.
There was no other memo issued by INEC to counter its earlier memo. In other words, INEC manual collation of votes long after elections ended, is illegal.

About 13 million votes against him. Therefore, the 13 million can hold their grudge against him, if they so which. The majority of Nigerians, the silent majority have moved on with their lives for a better future. If the 13 million want to wail for the next 4 years, then, so be it.
