Congratulations to the president elect .
Mandate stolen or rightly earned ? The courts are about to decide .

But here is a clear reason why 25% of Abuja votes is a must to be president of the federal republic of Nigeria.

For example 🫴🫴

To get admission into this university you are required to have minimum of 25 points in 5 subjects and the UTME test..

Where a C = 5 points..

As you can see <subject and UTME > are two very different things here .

If you make 25points in your WAEC and fail to get 25points in your UTME, you will be denied admission into that University .

The APC presidential candidate did not make 25% in the FCT.

Tinubu certificate of return, unfortunately will not be for too long .

He will be thrown out of Aso rock very very soon

Hypocrisy is when u say Fed govt has power to compel INEC as agency of govt but lacks power to compel CBN as agency of govt.

I said it that Nigerian is full of hypocrite.

Six States Ask S’Court to Declare INEC’s Pronouncement of Tinubu as President-elect Null, Void, of No Effect

*For failure to transmit presidential election results electronically as required by Electoral Act, commission’s regulation and guidelines

Supreme Court will throw it away, or will rather rule that the case go through the Tribunal first as stated by law, they may end up being fined. All these just to buy time. Naija my country.

INEC breached the trust
of voters. It conducted the election illegally.

In November 2022, INEC Chairman vowed publicly that results of the 2023 General elections would be transmitted directly from polling units to INEC portal for public viewing.

After the election, INEC publicly announced that it used manual collation of votes.
Illegality.

I thought as much. This is a constitutional issue not a tribunal issue. More states should join too.
Although the issue of not securing 1/4 in Abuja would have made more sense in the supreme court, i didn't see it here.

Abuja 1/4 will only be an issue if the electoral process was legal.

As a matter of fact there is synergy between polling units results and what inec announced

How can the original jurisdiction of the Supreme Court be invoked here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!? Please let us be honest for God sake. Tell me how this is a dispute between the State and the Federation as contemplated by the CFRN?

I think we are approaching that stage where our political class is bastardizing the judiciary. Like the CBN policy where APC Governors approached the Court, this is just wrong in EVERY level!

If Supreme Court told the Govs that it was not a case for them, we won't be having this ones doing it.

So they now have to throw out both or entertain both.

And no matter the option choosen, they have messed up.

Another wild goose chase; imagine the supreme court throwing out this suit; what further technicalities are the parties going to use again at the presidential election petition tribunal

Pdp's state

Wike made the right calculation aswear. Upon how Gov Wike was frequent in Edo state during Gov Obaseki reelection, one would have thought Wike is an Edo resident.

The same Obaseki still had the guts to betray Wike without feeling any remorse. Where was Atiku during Obaseki's reelection? In Dubai

Why should Gov Wike be in the same camp with those who betrayed him openly? If you were Wike, would you support Atiku with Tambuwal and Obaseki in the same camp?
You said the bitter truth

I am sure the governors' were paid to make a mockery of the real suit.

These guys always play into Tinubu's hands. By virtue of this, they have taken some initiative off both Atiku and Obi to pray the courts on these same bases they are presenting. The Supreme Court would quickly attend to this, and rather certify Tinubu's election because everyone knows there's no meat in these concerns. Then Atiku and Obi, when they get to Appeal Court, they would be told those issues have already been determined at the Apex court. Lobatan.

Anyways, they still have 25% FCT to fight for, though that too is very clear even to the laymen.

I know where he's coming from but INEC unlike CBN is not agent of Federal government. This is the reason why there name started by independent.
