Between INEC And The Supreme Court, Who is More Corrupt? by AlaafinOfOyo: 8:19am On Mar 03, 2023
We've reached the point where the fate of Nigeria and Nigerians may be decided by the traditionally rotten Nigerian courts. This institution is known to sell justice to the highest bidder and now I'm wondering.
Between the INEC and the Supreme Court, which is more corrupt? Let's not forget that all the armed groups we have in the country are the consequences of a society where people cannot get justice. Can the Supreme Court perform where INEC failed woefully?

Inec is certainly more corrupt.
The rot in the judiciary is more noticeable when the case is between a major and minor. The minor's team can be easily bought over. Lawyers have different price tags and not all can easily be bought over . Remember that kanu won Nigeria in its court though his case isn't as good as this. Good lawyers win good cases. There is no minor here.

Mahmood Yakubu already had a pre-determined the winner of the election. No wonder INEC was liking anti-Obi and anti-LP posts on twitter even before the elections.

INEC was not an unbiased umpire, they already took sides.

Urchin.

Anyway, I think the Supreme Court of Nigeria is as corrupt, if not more corrupt that INEC. They'll hand Obi his mandate only because of pressure from Nigerian people who have rejected the mandate thieves.

What makes it the best?
Is it on the uploading of mutilated results, collation of results different from what was obtained at the polling units?
Is it on the attack and heavy thurgery on the people even under camera that makes is free, fair and credible?
Is it in the manufacturing of results on behalf of people who didn't vote in Imo state?

Is it on the changing of result figures and fetching of INEC result sheets in the bush?

Remember, all these I cited are circulating on the media.

Rivers State original results from INEC for Oyigbo was found in the bush but INEC gave results totally different from it even without seeing it.

However, for INEC to prove their innocence and credibility, let them allow the inspection of the BVAS and as well provide convincing answers to the rains or questions from the masses.

Whatever injustice one celebrates today because of personal benefit or sentiment will certainly hurt him.

Messing Judiciary up started earlier before this government and today it has worsened and still being used to fight Atiku and other PDP people who enjoyed it then.

They despare is that they should have maintained justice, fairness and transparency.

My brother, let's not celebrate evil and corruption because we still have a long way to go

The country lacks a functional Supreme Court. Just as it lacks a functional legislative arm of government.
