Presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Mr. Peter Obi on Thursday officially filed a suit at the election tribunal challenging the declaration of All Progressives Congress, APC’s candidate Asiwaju Bola Tinubu as the winner of the February 25, 2023, General Elections.

A petition cited by Nigeria Today showed that Mr. Peter Obi has joined the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, and the APC candidate, Bola Tinubu in the suit.
