INEC has been very clear on transmission or whatever you call it. Except you are waiting to hear what you want.

There is NO duty to transmit results electronically under the Electoral Act 2023.
Results are collated manually.
Images uploaded to INEC portal do NOT constitute results transmission they are simply for transparency purposes so anyone can compare their PU results.


The major difference in this election is BVAS which ensures that there is no over voting or simple ballot stuffing.
