Majorly, the youths are the architect of their misfortune, he has stolen alot of money meant for the development of his district and during elections he shares N1000 each to the lazy youths to send him back to the Senate,. Yes kalu failed as a governor but as a senator he has done very very well I doubt if there is any senator in Nigeria with more projects than him trust me
