Before resigning, Mammood must explain why he rushed to announce the result of a presidential election he conducted without the guidelines he earlier prescribed for the conduct of the election. In a normal country, jail term waits for him because his defence of technical glitches is not acceptable. Billions of Naira were spent to offset any technical hitches before the election. |

I wonder what INEC chairman is still doing on that seat. The man failed us woefully, can't the hypocrite just resign? Is it too much to ask for or to do? And by the way, what is the REC in Lagos and Rivers still doing? They should be sacked ASAP. A stolen mandate should be returned. Peter Obi won fair and square.
