Dr. Jane Onwumeru is the third child of her parent who gave birth to seven Children. She was born in Utuh, Nnewi South Local Government Area of Anambra State. Her Father's parents were both Academic and professional Teachers. Her Father is the first graduate and school principal from their community Uth while her mother who hails from Nsukwa in Anaocha LGA Delta State was the first female Teacher in Nsukwa. 




Dr. Jane attended Federal Government College Gboko before proceeding to the University of Ilorin for her Tertiary Education.
