For some days now I have not been able to access USSD with my MTN. It is seamless with other service providers. The major challenge now is that my ATM card has expired and I can't seem to remember my bank mobile app login ID. Going to the bank at this moment will mean spending hours there as there will be a lot of people there to report 'transaction failure' issues. How long will we continue this way? Am I the only one experiencing this MTN USSD challenge? |
