My Opinion..
WHY ARE YOU INTERESTED IN THIS POSITION
I read about your Job descriptions, your company's mission and future goals and it's something I identified with...Since your company( mention the name of the company...It will look like u knew it and what it stands for) aspires to be the world class in customer service ( just take career of your choice to replace customer service and find what the company does) As a customer service manager, I believe in giving the best services, Hence, I want to contribute my own quota to make sure that the goal is achieved. also since your company believed in career advancement, I want to grow with it.

2 WHY ARE YOU GOOD FIT FOR THIS POSITION
Though you may have met a lot of professionals, but I believe that I am a perfect fit for this role. I have a masters degree in ABC and a Bachelor's degree in CDE. My analytical and customer service skills are topnotch, my communication skills have never failed, and I am a problem solver. The ability to figure out what the customer desires and provides a quick solution is the key to this role smiley

Do a little Google search on the organisation. See what the organisation is interested in…it’s core competence areas, then draw similarities with your own working, social or family life.

Also, list achievements you have made, either in a working, social or family environment and say how this can benefit the organisation achieve its objectives!

Finally, don’t forget to also mention at least two areas the organisation has achieved success or made a impact globally (organisations love being praised wink ), and say how much these have endeared you to them as you would like to be a part of that success!

Similarly to the above, list the things you are good at and which they need, give them a few examples of what you did in the past. DO NOT sound desperate even if you are. If they ask about specific details, use one of your past employers (for example, "at one of my past jobs, I had the opportunity to lead the team handling the transition from on-premises to cloud infrastructure. At the end, all 90 supermarkets operating country-wide and the headquarters lowered the cost of ICT operations by over 30% and achieved near-zero downtime"wink

Have in mind your former employer with particular details, so if 2 months later they ask similar questions, you will still remember that it had so-and-so supermarkets in the chain, so-and-so employees etc.

Q1: Because this position will afford me the opportunity to build skills and acquire valuable work experience in line with my career goals.

Question 2: I am a good fit because I have not only met the requirements for the position but
I have also built up necessary soft skills that will make my pursuit of excellence through this job a rewarding experience for all persons I come in contact with in the course of discharging my duties.

What's that tribal language there, I hope it's not an insult.

The answer depends on her experience with the job, if it's a new role then she can say.
1. The job description fits my skill and is related to my specialty/ I have high interest in so so field and build myself with it and also help the company grow.

2. I have met the criterias and I have mental capacity to withstand the hurdles of this job, so I can believe I can perform well and impress the management.

Well then if it's her field.

1. I am a so and so specialist and I have dash years of experience working with big firms/companies and I have always wanted to work for your reputable company.

2. You then list your achievements, I can perform well under pressure and I know the hurdles of the job as well as I am open to learning more if the need for innovation arises.

E nor suppose hard, it all depends on the job role and job type.
