INEC is uploading them after manipulations. The agents couldn't as the portal was shut down. So, they are doing it in a reverse order. Instead of using real time results to collate the final results. They had results manipulated and then uploaded them into the portal.

If there is no fraud, why do they want to reconfigure it? Do you know how many billions that was released for the purpose of transmission of the results electronically?

In a sane country, the INEC chairman should be standing trials by now.
