Many Nigerians are fond of complaining about the Canadian winter and the loneliness. But when in Rome you behave like the Romans. Winter activities like tubing, skating, skiing , ice fishing etc are there but they never partake in it. The trip was organized by my colleagues at work. Was fun with a sprinkle of danger/ adventure. Weather was about minus 4 degrees.

ask your question on the appropriate thread on nairaland. If it’s about Canada work permit like i can see from your posts. If you can’t secure job offer yourself or qualify for a job. Then don’t bother giving your money to any agent.
