1. All old notes yet in circulation remains legal tender but must not be recirculated by the bank by way of paying it out.
2. Mandate the CBN to print and make available 200, and 100 notes to be paid via the counter with limits while the ATM is filled with 200 notes within 30 days.
3. Only the new notes must be paid by the bank

We do not need 500 and 1000 again as it encourages mass stealing.

When Buhari sent Dss to invade judges houses, where were d governors?
When court asked federal govt to release elzaaki (not his fans), where were the governors?
