That is the language of expression in Nigeria.
If not, then everybody would be speaking their own language when in public office.

I'm sure you are not living in Nigeria this is a quota system Prof. Had first class in History from Usman Dan Fodio University and you know compared to the southern part of Nigeria the quality of education is not the same. Their first class is more like second class lower or third. Guy has virtually only one publication but na professor today. Most of his supposed publications are joint write ups from other people. Today we suffer the consequences of putting dull people in sensitive positions all because they're our tribesmen.

Please, and please, Yakubu should stop over using that phrase " I assure you...". You can't make 5 sentences without abusing that phrase. It's fraudulent and annoying.
