No body said budget is available income .. understand me

AKS does not rank number 2 or 3 as regards to annual income.
AKS or any oil producing state can make their budget based on whatever they feel the price of crude will be(Just like FG anyways). For example Edo may do their budget based on 50 dollar per barrel, while AKS may do theirs based on 60 dollar per barrel.
Whether crude eventually sell at over 60 dollars Akwa Ibom will have an excess, but the percentage of excess for Edo will be more.
So factor all this into consideration before you make comments.

Like I wrote before, according to BudgIT’s state of states report 2021, only Lagos, Rivers and Anambra can fund their budgets without much trouble.

Anambra and Rivers might have posted a lower budget than AKS, but they know it's something they can achieve without problem.
They could as well post an imaginary budget just the way AKS and CRS does, but they decided to be truthful to themselves.

So far he has successfully completed two major roads the Owerri to orlu road and Owerri to okigwe road, the other 2 he promised is still under construction which are the Owerri to mbaise road and Owerri to Aba road. Workers salaries are been short paid even my moms own too.

these are federal roads he has no business constructing them it is the responsibility of the federal government

He don construct federal roads which is federal government responsibility then is owing your mom salary which is responsibility

I think Hope is not doing bad in terms of infrastructure...he is performing better than previous governors..

The reason why he isn't appreciated is because he hasn't built one useless centre table flyover but he is focusing on key roads..

.the level of decay in imo is so bad that if a governor doesn't fix all he won't be appreciated ..and no governor can fix all...

If other governors did something tangible. Imo won't be this bad

In my home state(Kaduna), Elrufai has done remarkably well. Some of his projects include:
1. Kawo overhead bridge
2. Kabala-Barnawa bridge over River Kaduna
3. Leventis Underpass bridge
4. Dualisation of several roads in Kaduna metropolis
5. Full reconstruction of major and minor markets
6. Arewa House bridge
7. Rehabilitation of 255 PHCs
8. Rehabilitation of primary schools and secondary schools
9. Renovation of all boarding schools
10. Establishment of six new science boarding schools
11. Rehabilitation of Murtala Square
12. Establishment of metropolitan authorities
13. Construction of rural roads
14. Establishment of command and control centre to combat insecurity
15. Attracting investment worth 4b USD
16. Dualisation, reconstruction and construction of roads in Zaria and Kafanchan
17. Several policy changes
18. Zaria water project
19. Construction of rural roads

His achievements are too numerous to mention

Akwa ibom is one state that i know that doesn't collect levies on Saturday and Sundays, and after Covid-19 pandemic the state government did also stop collection of levies for some time so that small business can bounce back. So this is not really, the first time this is being done.

I was in PH recently. I saw many new fly overs built by Wike. A 5000 seater Hall for NYSC. Law school etc. As far as the SS region is concerned, he's the best governor by far

Not only that. mother and child hospital, cancer and cardiovascular specialist hospital, urology, cassava processing farms, cited faculties of the Rivers state university in four LGA'S, built numerous secondary schools, built a state of the art surveillance center for the police, insecurity reduced drastically in his tenure compared to Amaechi and odilis tenure, embarked on projects in a federal school in rivers, dualised many roads, made PHALGA cleaner and befitting of a state capital, built roads for communities and LGA'S that were only accessible by boat before he came in board, he did a lot, people don't give him his flowers because he moves like a thug..

The hospitals are in operation and the law school is not an annex of the yenagoa law school, it's in use. He rebuilt secondary schools in Eleme, oyigbo, emouha, obiakpor, ahoada, Harry's town in degema and other places..the problem with you guys, you come from shithole states with underperforming governors but when one doesn't kowtow to your god obi, he becomes an enemy. Where do you come from? Can you compare the quality of projects ongoing in your state to Rivers state, do you live in Rivers state? I live in Rivers and whenever I travel, I'm always eager to return to my state.
