Leave all this long epistle,the CBN has the constitutional right to destroy old and dirty notes AND they have been doing that since time immemorial.

Your, they have been doing it and getting away with it is about to stop. If you have worked in well organised institution you will understand why CBN should not be involved in the destruction of old currencies as it obtained in other countries.

Accountability is the issue and the correct and adequate authorisation levels and the safeguard of the country for common good.

Example of wilful destruction of government properties without provocation and appropriate authorisation is what we are witnesses to today and the consequences of these destructions will go beyond the Buhari government.

It all shows that the Nigerian landscape is not well governed and the processes and procedures in government business is very shoddy and troubling. The consequences of banana Republic is brought down upon us all. May the Lord help you and I to survive the storm.
