Check out people complaining about their missing funds and transfers taking several days without response.

Also, it is to be noted that all Opay customer care channels are currently not working, including their so called live chat and mobile customer care number.

Some customers are also reporting that email messages sent across to the Digital bank has not gotten any feedback on acknowledgement after lodging complaint.

The development comes amidst 3 big USA banks who failed within just one week. Customers continue to lament about Opay's poor customer care services and slow transfer problem resolutions that take weeks to get resolved for lucky customers. Other complaints simply get ignored.

What is happening with Opay?

There is really no need for this. People are crying about their money and you are calling them broke. That's not fair. The potential recipients of the transfer are definitely on this people's neck, so what do you want them to do rather than complain?

Let's hope this thread creates a national rallying point for quick resolution of this transfer issues.
