Role: Senior Sales Manager

We are hiring for the role of a senior sales manager who will have the opportunity to be our first impression on all prospective clients in the market. You will open doors to all of our target clients, meaningfully filling the top of the Sales funnel, with a competitive drive to succeed.


Responsibilities
• Develop and fill up sales pipelines with potential clients resulting in increased business for the company.
• Partner to support and execute business growth strategies
• Engage and collaborate with project team in sales presentations and demos.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.


Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a science or related role is required.
• Master’s degree is not compulsory but an added bonus
• 4+ years experience selling in either or a combination of Financial services, Fintech, Oil & Gas, FMCG, Aviations, Public Sector, Manufacturing, Health & Hospitality sector is preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset focused on innovation, process excellence and quality improvement
• Strong interpersonal, communication and financial skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Remuneration
Monthly Salary: 200k - 400k based on experience
Others: Commission bonus
