When Obj governed between 1999 and 2007 and established EFCC, there was no main opposition party at the center. No members of the opposition that had previously ruled at the center. Because of that, most of the looters and thieves came from the same PDP. Those were the ones he had to send EFCC after. Did you know what Nigerians were saying at the time?
