The agents are on ground and am sure they already have the results

INEC is made up of humans. These humans seem to be NYSC personnel.

You can see that the humans in questions were probably just playing around with the device and inadvertently uploaded pictures before the actual voting.

I do not think they did that with an intent to mislead or upload wrong data.
