Please which African country has the best and safest election process? Let me japa there in the future before I am able to afford Canada or U.K. Nigeria's electoral process is deteriorating and it's giving me headache. I fear I may not have the feeling of being in a functional democracy for a while in this country, I am sure another African country can give me the feeling of being in a working democracy. |
