Delta 2023: Sheriff takes early lead, defeat closest contender Omo-Agege

Results from 16 Local Governments in Delta State declared by Inec Officials at various Units and Wards as seen on Ossai Ovie Success social media pages and other pages has placed the Governorship Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori in a clear lead over his closest contender, Sen Ovie Omo-Agege of the All Progressives Congress.

The PDP, according to the results announced so far, is leading by a wide margin though lost in some Units .

Local governments won so far include Ika North East, Ika South , Ndokwa West, Ndokwa East , Aniocha South, Aniocha North , Oshimili South , Oshimili North, Isoko South , Isoko North , Warri North, Patani , Okpe , Uvwie, Ukwauni, Udu

Results from the remaining 9 local governments are still being awaited as Deltans officially Waite for Inec official announcement.
