Yoruba people nobody is taking your lands from you nobody hates you guys why una just dey binu unnecessarily, you guys complain about political appointees being non indigenes and I can categorically tell you there are Yorubas in political positions in other states that's not dominated by Yoruba, I made mention of this sudden surge of tribalism from Yoruba people ages ago and I wonder if you guys held a meeting concerning this movement. What you guys are pushing for is a mirage and does not exist. Stop sparking provocative utterances to other tribes because when it begins nobody is pussy. This is 2023 for goodness sake, this is the AI age and we are still thinking like bush men.

Some people still dont get this. Maybe because they are very new to Nigeria politics or first time voters.

During the Presidential campaign. The candidate of the Labour party, Peter Obi exploited and explored our diversity, he capitalised on our religious differences in particular to instigate hate among the the two major religion we have in Nigeria. CAN, PFN turned themselves into a political group. Especially General overseers, they turned the altar into a political stage to preach politics and propagate hate against Muslim candidates.

Peter Obi's victory in Lagos during the presidential election wasn't just from the igbos alone but from 'some' brain clouded, emotional religious sentimental yoruba christ!ans who were sold with the Jihad bullcraps. After the victory, instead of building bridges, extending hand of friendship with the yourbas that voted against Obi, making them reason by drawing them closer and also at sametime solidifying the alliances with yorubas on their side already, that voted for obi. The southe@sterners, feeling pompous and inflated came with the campaign of 'taking over lagos' . .. They ran twitter spaces, host interviews aided by their propaganda media house, AriseTV, scribbles and tweets were churned out about how they will sack all the obas and takeover the whole place.

How can you expect the yorubas who sided with you against their tribesman, Tinubu in the presidential election to feel about it? Happy that you want to takeover their ancestral land and mock them with it in return, just like you use the word; 'Afonja ' consistently to make mockery of our loss in Ilorin.

Sanwo Olu victory was not as a result of tribalism. The yorubas fought together as one again, and they won. Different yorubas from different religion, political parties, and across all board left our differences asides at the corner, came together to 'rescue ourselves'. (once bitten, twice shy)

At first it was cruise, then it became aggressive, now it is uncontrollable.. Cant even be tamed nor can they reason well. It is all noise, zero thinking and strategy. The Obidient movement is turning out to be a curse to Peter Obi and the hardworking innocent igbos who committed no crime but paying for the sins of the headless mob.

What I reasoned played out here is that.,Yorubas Christians who voted massively against Tinubu in Lagos did that out of annoyance borne out of muslim-muslim tickets of the ruling party.
It was seen as an insult to the body of Christ. This is situation is the same across all regions of the country predominated by christians.
It wasn't about Peter Obi.
It wasn't only who voted in Lagos.
That should be very clear.

Another stupid post of the 21st century. Don't get swayed by the likes, it's inconsequential, especially where you have like minds in dominant numbers.
This all started with a Muslim-Muslim ticket.
That's how Pastors went berserk..,but you skipped that and went for the pastors' heads.
Now I see through you.
Tinubu brought all of these. You'll never mention his name because you don't wanna call a spade its name. Obidients have a few number of less orientated youths who've made inciteful remarks. No doubt. APC on the other hand have a good number of thugs that have not only made inciteful remarks, but have demonstrated violence in varying forms. Mc Oluomo made a stupid statement and our compromised police force called it a joke. Guess what? That joke later played out as a reality and Mc Oluomo is still walking freely. What do you call that? Patriotism?
Smh.
You wrote all of those without touching this.
Now that gives you away as way biased than the people you're trying to reproof.
In saner climes the Yoruba phrase 'emilokan' would've killed Tinubu's chances and placed him under strict watch, but Nigeria is a jungle with shades of bigotry.

Nigerians still have a lot to learn from Goodluck Jonathan. If you know, you know.
Cos if he was like Buhari or Tinubu, 2014 presidential elections would ve been rubbished like what we just had on the 25th of February this year. That means PDP would've still remained in power till date.
If Hitler was an African, the world will still be weeping till date.

Gave me why Gbadebo can't govern anambra but u wan die make he rule lagos.. Something that is not good for u, u wan make any other use. Na this una useless deceitful attitude make nobody dey reason una.. Make una change.. Ndigbo change una get bad attitude.. Eziokwu bu ndu

Let the end of tribalism start with you. Now u know Gbadebo is a good leader, he is also half igbo and half yoruba. Let us now show yorubas we are not tribalists.. Can we now gather our self to buy labour party Governorship candidate form for Gbadebo for Anambra governorship to contest against soludo. So he can use his wonderful ideas to change Anambra.. So that when yorubas see what he has done in turning anambra and continuing the legacy of obi.. Lagos can now vote him in after Sanwolu... I think is a good idea.. Don't you think.. Let Eluupee people push this my idea.. Or let Our celebrities contribute and buy the LP governorship form for Anambra for him.. Someone must show others how it is done. You don't just shout tribalism is bad.. Act to show it.. Let Gbadebo who is competent, obi agrees too that he is competent.. Let him rule anambra..
Assassination guaranteed, if he dare raise his campaign banner in Anambra. Only in Lagos any Tom, dick and harry can aim local politics

Allowing emotions to get the better part of you won't help . All the Yoruba is No man's land Mantra is what ? Few days an Igbo man called WAZOBIA TV and ask igbos to come forward to take over Lagos on a national Tv that's not not a slap abi ?

The same trait you exhibit in South Africa that prompted xenophobic attack is what you're doing in Lagos that's why you Guys get attacked are you the only ones paying taxes as foreigners why using it to brag Like that give you the right to incite violence by wreck less bragging .
Igbos should start insulting the prince of England and tell them they own the thrown if their VISAS won't be revoked . Even an Eboyin cannot brag in Anambra you want to do it in another man's land nonsense

Are there no Yorubas who were attacked in South Africa? Oga stop being stupid abeg, in UK we all celebrated Kemi Badenoch when she contested to be prime minister of it was in Nigeria you would have screamed blue murder. Oga try and have small sense abeg stop justifying nonsense. Hutus justified the killing of Tutsis what happened to those who directly and indirectly fuelled the genocide. They were all either executed or jailed. My friend when the chips are down posts like what you said will be used to show how you indirectly fuelled the bigotry in Nigeria

They claim Igbos want to take over Lagos. They claim Igbos call Lagos a no man's land in order to take over Lagos. But ask them where Igbos gathered to agree that Lagos is a no man's land and must be taken over and they will quote a Twitter post created by one APC/Tinubu supporter bearing Igbo name to incite Yorubas against Igbos. Yorubas should be aware that nature rewards every act of injustice against fellow humans.

How is it even possible for Igbos to take over Lagos, how?

Tinubu have deceived many Yorubas with his tribal-religious politics of hatred for Igbos. We have learned a big lesson. Only foolish Igbos will refuse to learn from this election.

In 2015 and 2019, they accused Jimmy Agbaje of being Igbo trying to bring Igbo agenda. The moment Agbaje joined them play dirty politics they welcomed him and gave him Pharmaceutical supply contracts. In 2019 when Igbos said Ambode performed well and will be good to continue, they accused Ambode of bringing Igbos into Yoruba affair.

When Igbos massively voted for Obasanjo in 1999 and 2003, they hailed Igbos, and some condemned Igbos that they are not United in politics that that is why Igbos cant produce president. When Obasanjo told them it is Igbo turn to produce President, they called Obasanjo Omo ale with Igbo father from Anambra and denied Obasanjo tenure as Yoruba tenure.

When Femi Fani Kayode was standing for truth with Igbos, they called him Omo ale who is being deceived by his Igbo wife. The moment FFK joined them in playing dirty politics, they start to hail him and call him true Omoluabi. Igbos voted Obasanjo in 1999 and 2003, Anambra voted massively for MKO in 1993, but the moment Igbos voted for Obi they became tribalist seeking for Igbo agenda after supporting Presidents from other tribes since 1999, its well.

its all good

This is the bitter truth.

What Op proposed should be hailed and supported by Yorubas as a more sane way of telling Igbos to go back to Southeast.

Replicate all the key government agencies and parastatals in Lagos in Southeast so that Igbos will never have any reason to be trooping to Lagos.

But unfortunately the same people telling Igbos to go back to Southeast will never accept this simple solution, but let them enjoy it while it last because it is normal for those intoxicated by stolen undeserving victory to see their stolen victory as a windfall and a winner takes it all, only time can teach them the hard lessons about life.

Greeks, Romans, etc empires never believed a time would come that they will never be in control, it always look impossible and like it will last forever, but alas when the crumbling will start, it will almost look like its spiritual.

With this 2023 debacle called election, more eyes are open, more Igbos who used to be neutral are woke now.

All these honorable suggestions of how to solve the inequalities in Nigeria to give every tribe and region a level playing ground by Igbos will stand as testimonies that Igbos asked for equality and level playing ground but were mocked by those who feel they are destined to win and celebrate forever while others are destined to fail and be marginalized forever. Time will reveal, time will tell

It’s still dey pain this one. When your brothers were bullying all over the cyberspace, you did not caution them. Now you are writing sympathy epistle, forming emotional.

Your tribe problem is glaring and you’re still tolling the same path. You always believe no tribe capable to deliver in Nigeria but Igbo. Call others ‘dirty politics’ but tribal and religion sentimental politics Peter Obi is playing is clean politics. Even if PO won the highest vote, he can not still win the contest because you failed to build the bridge across other ethnicities, and that is what you refer to as cleaning politics.

Anyway BAT has promised inclusive and national governance, let see how ready are you to support other tribes to make Nigeria great. Or you will continue drumming for Biafra until another 3yrs, and 7months to election and you start looking for sympathy from voters

It is wrong to assume anyone who badmouths Tinubu is Anti-Yoruba. I was born and brought up in Lagos. Festac to be precise. A LOT of Ajegunle and Festac peeps are from Delta State.

In primary school, I was taught that there are three major tribes in Nigeria - Hausa, Yoruba and Igbo ...why has it changed? Why ain't they allowing the 3rd major tribe rule?Today it appears there's only one major tribe. And this is Fulani. What the Yorubas haven't seen in 2023, the Igbos saw in 1967. They are still blind. The Fulanis are calling the shots.

Why should NPA be headed by a Fulani man? A Fulani man with no ancestral land in Nigeria? Even if he claims North, Northern Nigeria is not bounded by Ocean in any of their States. So then, why will the ports succeed? The matter pass me and u. Do you know they deliberately make Gelegele, Warri,Calabar, PH, Onitsha Ports moribund all because of politics. No body likes to be in another man's state. If they create opportunities in other states, people will return to their states.

Sanwuolu winning still means nothing to me. Because he's from ijebu ode. He's not a Lagosian. And Yoruba is not one as they claim. Those from Ondo are more Edo. The Oyo ones and Ondo ones language is different.

The agenda is for Tinubu to continue to hold on to Lagos. They used the tribal card and it worked for the politicians. Lagos wen suffer full...do they have inner roads? I beg election don come and go let's see what Tinubu will do.

We all go still buy fuel for same price.

Where did you see igbos on a faceless forum? 😄😄😄😄.

It is wrong to assume anyone who badmouths Tinubu is Anti-Yoruba. I was born and brought up in Lagos. Festac to be precise. A LOT of Ajegunle and Festac peeps are from Delta State.

Attended Festac College, the then roughest public secondary school in Festac. Festac Grammer school boys are clowns compared to us.

Only we fit play Awori and Agboju football match and not run away before the match finish. Bottles must break. Amuwo Odofin is another place where you can't beat them in football match and go Scott free.

I don't Hate Yorubas, I just don't like or trust Tinubu moreso in his current mental condition. Those in Delta State mostly share same view about him.

Finally those people you see here attacking tribes are doing so to gain political advantage. It's not been so prominent in real life but after these elections I think we dey serious problem for this country.

U said it all. If them say go back to state of origin Lagos go empty

While the Muslim-Muslim voters were not emotional abi? I came to understand that a typical Muslim will do to you what he can’t take from you. Imagine a day comes were Christian-Christian comes to fore. You know the rest.

You are just a bigot. A tribalist and nothing else.

Stop saying Obi capitalised on religious differences. Every election in the north, religion bmis used. It was used against GEJ clearly.

North started it
