They should not try it, all eyes on Adamawa, Binani all the way.
All the traditional chiefs in Adamawa may not want Binani as a result of her gender. How are they going to bow and great a woman from their throne is their major concern.
You are from where ? Because of useless traditional ruler if she won ,she should be declared

Fake news.

Binani is the people’s choice and has always been. Pressure from this fake PDP governor to retain his seat will not work. If he was doing his job well, then there would be no question.

Binani has been serving Adamawa for more than 10 years while these ones were looking for politics posting to make money. Binani Binani first female governor by God’s Grace

Adamawa is not like East where women are not regarded as full humans that have equal right as their male counterpart to inherit the labor of their parents

Neither can an uncle (just for been male) kick out a dead relative wife (just for been female) and her children

LEAKED AUDIO: INEC Resident Electoral Commissioner, Hudu Directs Returning Officer To Rig Election For Adamawa APC Gov. Candidate, Binani

*Returning officer insists on doing right thing

With collation of results currently underway in Adamawa State and results from Fufore Local Government Area being the only pending tabulation to conclude the process, it has been uncovered that INEC Resident Electoral Commissioner in the state, Barrister Hudu Yunusa is mounting pressure on the returning officer for Fufore to tamper with the results.

An audio clip that was obtained reveals a conversation between Yunusa and pressuring the INEC returning officer for Fufore to do all within his means to deliver Aishatu Dahiru popularly known as Binani (the APC governorship candidate in Adamawa State).

"I have received phone calls from the highest authority for you to do everything possible to return Adamawa in favour of the woman (Binani)," Yunusa was heard telling the Returning Officer.

According to what was revealed in the audio clip, the Returning Officer, however, insists on announcing the results untampered because that was the right thing to do and also for his own safety.

"They're (agents of the opposition parties) are insisting that we should not go to Yola. That we must do everything here in Fufore. That was why I sent Zakari to come and meet you so that you will give us form so that we can do it here (in Fufore)...We are now in thr police station," the Returning Officer told the Adamawa REC.

Thank you, Sir.

Already, the incumbent and PDP candidate in the election, Ahmadu Fintiri is in the lead with results already released from other local government areas in the state.

Although the election is a neck to neck contest between Fintiri and his main challenger in the APC, Binani, the PDP is confident that based on the returns from their agents the PDP candidate is leading in the controversial Furore local government.

It is not immediately clear what is keeping the INEC from announcing the outstanding result from Furore.

The fear of many, however, is that the delay may be deliberate in order to buy time for manipulation of the results.

It will be recalled that there is an ongoing controversy on the INEC issuing contracts for the printing of sensitive election materials in the 2023 general election to a company owned by Senator Binani.

Ok

I was shocked when some fools where here on NL talking about how it was possible for a woman to become a governor in the North.
Unless you don't know the North very well.
There is not a single Deputy Governor from any of the northern states.
Aisha Al-hassan was the closest to win and yet that was never allowed.

You expect a people who made sure the First elected Female speaker of the House was impeached based on corruption charges.
But, real story is, the northern lawmakers felt it was against their culture to bow to a woman. Because that is what you do when you forward a bill in the house, you bow to the speaker.

You now expect same people to elect a Female as a leader.
You must be joking......

To live a long life and peaceful one for that matter, you must learn never to allow circumstances beyond your control to determine your happiness.
Reality will always appear differently when you are on the one in charge.
Don't be in a hurry to criticize unnecessarily, coz criticism means nothing to our political class.
If you're not ready for a forceful coercion for change in leadership like in the endsars, just ponder everything you see as results in your heart.
The likes of Adams oshiomhole criticized Obasanjo, tinubu criticized Jonathan and FFK criticized APC led Government but where is he today, even the woMAN that calls himself Reno omokri has been busy seeking for political relevance by criticizing anyone through unfiltered utterances that should have never been heard from a man.
So my fellow ordinary Nigerians, it's about what you can do from your heart to save the country when given the chance to make an impact.
Charity, they say begins at home.
The problem of Nigeria is not at the helm of affairs alone, it is deep rooted from our various family unit, the values we appreciate and share, our understanding of reality and ability to accept truths without sentiment, reasoning without biases.
Right now every one is on a survival mode making the society a jungle which calls for survival of the fittest.
Please let's be calming down and make amend in every unit nature has entrusted in our care.
As a father
As a mother
As junior brother
As a senior brother
As a senior sister or junior sister
As an employer or an employee..........
How are you playing your family roles?
Do you rob other people of their MANDATES JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE UPPER HAND E.G SELLING FAMILY LAND AND DENYING YOUR SIBLINGS WHAT RIGHTFULLY BELONG TO THEM AND YOU COME HERE TO DISTURB US OVER TINUBU VS PETER OBI VS ATIKU SAGA.
Please let us ask ourselves questions......

They have to manipulate it though she won the local government with a wider margin but wont give her the required total wining base on the other results submitted so the need to upgrade the result a little bit to make them win the sum total.

Aishatu Dahiru won Fufore LGA quite convincingly. There is no need to manipulate any results.

I see the hand of certain retrogressive forces at work.
