Otti won in 2015 and 2019 too. He was rigged out both times. The one from 2015 was all so obvious because they brought Obingwa last after they saw the margin Otti was leading by and manufactured 82,000 fake votes

Obi Ngwa has 167.000 registered voters.What is not clear is the total number of vote cast. If the vote cast is up to 120k, then PDP will take the lead.

Its clear that the 2 remaining LGA results wont make any difference . Laboor is leading by 93,154 votes ...with the low turnout pdp cant get up to 20,000 more votes even if LP doesn't add a single vote to what they already have . Its over.
