Anyone can become governor anywhere so far they are Nigerian citizen and people vote for them. Gbadebo speak Igbo fluently, his mom and wife are Igbo and even tho he is Yoruba through the father side, Igbo people are not tribalist and they don’t care about where anyone come from.

So far you are competent, you can govern any Igbo state.

It is natural for a kid to learn the mother’s language if he grew up with the mum. The kid spends most time with the mum at home & if the mum is fond of speaking her language with him or a relative present in the house the kid will naturally develop interest. Let’s stop all these.

A good number of the people saying this about him are not even from Lagos state. Being born in Lagos state or migrating to Lagos state from another state with a fluent Yoruba language doesn’t qualify you as an indigene of Lagos state.

Even with your smooth Yoruba language, you are still a resident of Lagos not an indigene.

GRV is more of a Lagosian than the Yoruba people attacking him are! He is from Lagos. His father, grandfather, great grandfather, uncles etc are indigenes of Lagos whether he speaks Fulfude fluently or not
